What
Does "No Standing" Really Mean??

reader Elizabeth sent us this great question:
"I
don’t totally understand "no standing". Can you park at this sign "no standing
8am-6pm (M,W,F)/no parking 10am-1130am (M & Th)? Does this mean you can park
after 11:30 am even though it says you can’t stand there from 8-6? If a sign
says no standing, can you park there?"
